Looking for a role where you can shape structures, take responsibility, and work hand in hand in a team? For our client, a modern company in the construction and service sector, we are looking for a communicative personality with a clear view of processes, collaboration, and efficient workflows.

Your Tasks

• Contribute to and optimize workflows, structures, and internal processes
• Manage the financial accounting for multiple companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting as well as complete dunning processes
• Create monthly reports as well as well-founded quarterly and annual financial statements according to internal and external requirements
• Accompany the budgeting processes and support the creation of forecasts and financial planning fundamentals
• Ensure a smooth process in personnel administration during holiday absences and take over administrative tasks to relieve the team
• Contribute to and optimize workflows, structures, and internal processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and quality

Your Profile

• Training as a financial and accounting specialist or comparable qualification
• Responsible and quality-oriented personality with confident and open demeanor
• Independent, structured, and solution- and process-oriented way of working
• German: fluent
