Financial Responsible including Personnel / Services at SNG Luzern

You are the financial conscience and at the same time the contact person in IT and personnel matters – an exciting task awaits you!

Our client is the SNG, St. Niklausen Ship Company, located in a prime location in Lucerne, with about 50 employees. It is a competent partner for the sale, rental, and maintenance of boats and yachts, in addition to shipping and charter business on Lake Vierwaldstätter, with a long tradition and strong market positioning. Now we are looking for you as

A finance and IT competent personality (80 – 100 %) You are primarily responsible in this exciting role for finance and accounting including bookkeeping, final accounting according to OR, budgeting, reporting, and controlling. On the other hand, you are the contact person for all personnel administrative questions as well as issues regarding the newly introduced Abacus ERP tool. You will build the reporting and create a dashboard, connected with analyses and conclusions. You will be supported in accounting and personnel administration by one person each. You are in constant exchange with your various contacts and are an active sparring partner to the area managers, which makes the task very exciting and diverse.

You have relevant professional experience in finance and accounting (including final accounting/controlling) and are very familiar with the Abacus ERP. The basis for this is a business education (e.g. Business Economist HF/FH, certified trustee, certificate in accounting, etc.). We also value your personality: you are characterized by high service willingness, a high degree of independence, and can or want to actively participate in accounting. A respectful attitude in collaboration is essential, combined with open communication and entrepreneurial thinking. Solid IT knowledge is a prerequisite.
