Our client is the SNG, St. Niklausen Schiffgesellschaft, located in a prime location in Luzern, with about 50 employees. It is a competent partner for the sale, rental, and maintenance of boats and yachts, alongside excursions and the charter business on Lake Vierwaldstätter, with a long tradition and strong market positioning. We are now looking for you as a financially and IT-competent person (80 – 100 %).

In this exciting function, you will be primarily responsible for financial and accounting management including accounting, annual closing according to OR, budgeting, reporting, as well as cost accounting and controlling. On the other hand, you will be the point of contact for all personnel administration questions as well as topics concerning the newly introduced Abacus ERP tool. You will build up the reporting and create a dashboard, connected with analyses and conclusions. You will be supported in accounting and personnel administration by one person each. You will be in constant exchange with your various contacts and will be an active sparring partner for the area managers, making the task very exciting and versatile.

You have relevant professional experience in finance and accounting (including annual closure safety / controlling) and are well-acquainted with the Abacus ERP. A commercial education (e.g., business economist HF / FH, certified trustee, bookkeeping diploma, etc.) is the basis of that. Additionally, we value your personality: You are characterized by a high degree of service orientation, high independence, and are willing to get hands-on with accounting tasks. In collaboration, a respectful attitude is essential, combined with open communication and entrepreneurial thinking. Solid IT skills are a prerequisite.
