FP&A Manager Switzerland (M/F/D)

As FP&A Manager, shape financial processes at a national level through data-driven analysis and transparent metrics. Act as a liaison between Finance and Business for strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct profitability, cost, and performance analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Support customer calculations, offers, tenders and evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Own reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Manage liquidity planning, cash flow analyses, and monitor working capital.
• Engage in strategic projects, such as M&A initiatives and process optimizations.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate Finance, ideally in an international context.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP/OR, IFRS, and proficiency in SAP FI/CO and MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent German and English skills; Swiss German is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, high accountability, and assertiveness are essential.
