Group Controller (m/w/d) 100%

Support a globally active industrial company in the search for a Group Controller. In this central role, you will be part of a small, yet fine finance team and take on tasks in group reporting, compliance, and financial management. You will act as an analytically strong and proactive sparring partner at the group level, regularly exchanging with finance managers of various companies and actively participating in the further development of financial and reporting processes.

Your tasks

• Participation in the consolidation of group companies
• Contribution to monthly and annual financial statements including reporting and notes
• Compilation and development of group-wide transfer pricing documentation
• Support in compliance matters
• Prepare analyses and decision-making bases
• Project involvement in areas such as data preparation, ERP development, and finance-related topics

Your profile

• Completed business administration studies (University, FH or auditing)
• Relevant professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company
• Solid knowledge in preparing financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Willingness to travel occasionally during internal audits
• Fluent in German and English
• Connected thinking and an open, proactive personality
