Description
Based at the group's financial headquarters in Geneva, the Group FP&A Controller - Capex & Corporate position mainly involves supervising, analyzing, and managing the group's investments in all their forms. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the group's financial performance.
Missions
Within the Group Financial Department, reporting to the Group Management Control Director, you will be at the heart of strategic decisions ensuring the management of investments, analysis of financial performance, and support to management in its decision-making.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analyzing the group's investments and their profitability.
- Evaluating the performance of investment projects through financial indicators (ROI, IRR, NPV, Payback).
- Participating in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts.
- Building and improving financial reports and dashboards for management.
- Analyzing variances, identifying risks, and proposing corrective actions.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of financial processes and management tools.
- Performing strategic analyses and ad hoc studies for management and shareholders.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in finance, management control, auditing, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A, industrial management control, audit, transactions, or investment finance.
- Previous experience in a capital-intensive sector is a real advantage.
- Excellent mastery of financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Strong skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, and business cases.
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and challenge financial assumptions.
- Perfect command of French and English.
