The role…

Reports directly to the CFO of Holding AG. The role owns and drives all group-level accounting and reporting obligations, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and transparency across the entire Group.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Group Consolidation: Own and manage the full group consolidation process, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant consolidated financial statements across all entities worldwide.
• Group Annual Report: Lead the preparation and delivery of the Group Annual Report, coordinating closely with all business areas, corporate functions, and external auditors.
• Group ESG Reporting: Drive the development and implementation of group-wide ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, GRI) and alignment with the group’s sustainability ambitions.
• Continuous improvement: Bring in best-in-class corporate accounting practices, sharpen the processes, systems, and tools the group runs on.
• External relationships: Be the primary contact for external auditors and regulators on every group accounting.
• People: Lead, grow, and inspire the Corporate Accounting team, and set the tone for what good looks like.

What do you bring…

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• Several years of experience in a senior corporate accounting or group reporting role in an international environment, ideally within a mid-size industrial company or Big 4 audit firm.
• Deep expertise in group consolidation, IFRS financial reporting and preparation of statutory annual reports and ESG.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Hands-on with AI in finance and accounting – or eager to get there fast.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage given the Swiss headquarters.
