Your Responsibilities:

Finance Projects:

  • Lead Finance and Accounting projects
  • Contribute to integration, and system implementation projects
  • Define business requirements and coordinate testing, documentation, and implementation activities
  • Identify automation and digitalization opportunities within the Finance function
  • Enhance finance processes, controls, data quality, and the Internal Control System (ICS)
  • Coordinate stakeholders and ensure project quality, timelines, and objectives are achieved

Accounting:

  • Disciplinary and functional leadership of one Accountant
  • Responsibility for the Purchase-to-Pay process, including accounts payable management, compliance, and training
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations
  • Functional responsibility for the accounting of the vertical business models: determine accounting entries of contracts and business transactions in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), IFRS, and Swiss GAAP FER
  • Continuously improve accounting processes, systems, and controls

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act as deputy to the CFO and the Director of Accounting within defined areas of responsibility
  • Serve as a Finance ambassador for new processes and systems introduced by the shareholders
  • Lead or support Finance and business transformation initiatives as a project manager or workstream lead

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Additional training in Finance & Accounting or Project Management is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Experience in Finance Projects and process optimization
  • Strong knowledge of digitalization, automation, and ERP systems
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), IFRS, and Swiss GAAP FER
  • Advanced Excel and ERP skills
  • Advanced English and German skills
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and solution-oriented personality with a high level of initiative
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and motivation to actively shape and drive change
