Your Role

As Head of Controlling, report directly to the CFO and lead a team of four employees at the headquarters. Additionally, oversee the controllers of selected smaller subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include leading the team, coordinating decentralized controlling functions, and ensuring:

• Creation of multi-year financial plans
• Development of primary and secondary budgets for subsidiaries and the group
• Management of investment and project controlling
• Development of sound business plans for new business areas and production facilities
• Preparation of KPIs, reporting, and decision-making bases for the management and board
• Supporting and coordinating monthly and annual accounts In close collaboration with the controlling managers of the subsidiaries, coordinate overarching topics. Support the CFO in selected projects and serve as a competent contact and sparring partner for management on business issues.

Your Profile
