Your Tasks

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
• Manage and supervise financial accounting and cost accounting.
• Create financial reports, budgets, and forecasts together with the controlling manager.
• Ensure liquidity planning and cash management.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to increase financial efficiency.
• Risk management and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
• Lead and further develop the finance team (5 people).
• Support management in strategic decisions.

Your Profile

• Commercial training with federal diploma in finance and accounting.
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
• Profound knowledge in accounting according to OR and Swiss tax law (including VAT).
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strategic and analytical skills.
• IT affinity, good understanding of ERP, good knowledge of Excel and BI applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage.
