The Swiss Police Institute (ISP) is the center of expertise for basic and continuing education for Swiss police and ensures the implementation of a training doctrine on a national level. In addition to offering courses for executives and specialists, it coordinates professional examinations for policewomen and policemen as well as the certification of public safety assistants. Supported by the Confederation, cantons, and municipalities, this private law foundation develops teaching means for police training and promotes applied research on issues of interest to the police.

  • Produce financial reports for management and governance bodies.
  • Implement and evolve analytical accounting.
  • Monitor and optimize service delivery costs, identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements, and evaluate project profitability.
  • Support team leaders in managing their activities through targeted financial analyses.

  • Lead, support, and develop the accounting team, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and skills expansion.
  • Manage the ERP (Abacus) with the integrator and advance the automation and digitization of financial processes.
