Job Description

As a Head of International Expansion, you will:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships in Europe, the UAE, and the US.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge for companies seeking market access, funding, and positioning across the Swiss, US, and UAE ecosystems.
  • Advise on structuring tailored investment and go-to-market solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Drive, generate, and manage a robust deal pipeline, targeting CHF 1m+ in revenue over a 12-month period through co-investments, strategic partnerships, and platform engagements.
  • Collaborate internally with legal, product, and operations teams to structure and onboard new partners and ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Take a leading role in targeting and converting institutional clients, helping LEVA deepen its presence among more sophisticated investor segments.
  • Mentor team members in business development and other departments, promoting knowledge sharing, commercial mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support the management team in preparing and executing the company’s next fundraising round, including equity and/or debt financing strategies, investor engagement, and pitch preparation.

Your Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of previous experience in a start-up environment, ideally working closely with the GCC and the US market.
  • Previous experience in entrepreneurial finance and fundraising.
  • Strong connections to Tier 1 players in the Venture Capital and Private Equity ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven performance management, and customer-centricity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing customer success teams, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
