Head of Pension Fund Management

Manage pension fund administration in a small team with responsibilities including:

• Responsible for pension fund management.
• Develop processes, templates, and automation.
• Support insured individuals and partners on pension-related queries.
• Handle all modifications such as entries, exits, and claims.
• Assist pension fund managers.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or equivalent education.
• Experience in pension fund management.
• Ongoing education in personal pension management.
• Motivated to learn and implement improvements.
• Proficient in IT applications and MS Office.
• Team player, resilient, self-reliant, and results-oriented.
• Excellent German and good knowledge of English and French required.
