For a long-standing successful premium brand in the financial sector based in Lucerne, we are seeking a service-oriented, organized commercial professional with a passion for active customer contact and agile teamwork. The company has been successfully operating for over 30 years, offering tailored solutions for companies, foundations, and individuals.
Your Tasks
- Administration & Support: Coordinate appointments, manage correspondence, prepare meetings, plan travel, organize meetings and events.
- Finance/Taxes: Assist with tax returns for clients in collaboration with specialists and experts.
- Support new clients with inquiries and initial contacts with the appropriate consultants.
- Reliably handle various administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- Commercial training, preferably in the fiduciary sector or a law firm.
- Knowledge of tax law and/or from a Family Office is an advantage.
- Experience as an assistant in an executive environment is beneficial.
- Absolutely trustworthy personality with high loyalty and discretion.
- High service orientation and cultivated communicator.
- Disciplined, adaptable, very reliable, and punctual.
- Proficient with current MS Office programs.
- Languages: German: Fluent (C2) / English: Good to very good communication (min. B1).
