The Gebr. Mengis AG in Lucerne is a family-run group of companies focused on specialized deep construction (core drilling, geothermal probes, filter wells) with around 50 employees. In addition to Gebr. Mengis AG, the group includes M&E Technik AG and RHPM Assets AG. Expertise, short decision paths, and a long market presence characterize the company. Experienced finance specialist (60 - 80%) – with the option to become a member of the management team
You are responsible for the entire finance and accounting for three companies in the group – from bookkeeping to annual financial statements according to OR, including consolidation to budgeting and reporting. Additionally, you are the IT contact person and, in collaboration with HR, are responsible for payroll. You maintain close contact with management, proactively informing them about financial key figures and further developing the KPI system.
You bring sound professional experience in finance and accounting, including assurance of final accounts according to OR, ideally with consolidation knowledge. You also have the appropriate training at the level of bookkeeping or trustee, expert in accounting and controlling, business economist HF/FH, etc. You are a service-oriented personality who proactively provides data and facts. You work independently while being open to direct exchange. You navigate effortlessly in a down-to-earth environment, contribute your IT affinity, and act entrepreneurially and solution-oriented.
