Responsible Financial Accounting, HR & Administration

Customer-oriented role with responsibilities in finance and HR. The company has been a leading provider of school and office supplies, as well as multimedia solutions in Switzerland since 1857. With locations in Wil SG and Hochdorf, we passionately serve schools, businesses, and public institutions.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, and dunning processes.
• Support for monthly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns.
• Handling of expenses and other administrative financial topics.
• Participation in the implementation of our new ERP system in the finance area.
• Independent personnel administration from entry to exit.
• Preparation of payrolls and management of social insurances and pensions.
• Maintenance of personnel files, time and vacation balances.
• Support in recruitment and employee care.
• Organization and coordination of appointments, events, and internal matters.
• Participation in administrative projects and substitutes.

Requirements

• Professional experience in finance, HR administration, or a comparable position.
• Good knowledge of Swiss financial and personnel administration.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• Proficient use of MS Office and digital tools.
• Accurate, reliable, and discreet working style.
• Independence, organizational talent, and enjoyment of diverse tasks.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of contact with employees.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
