As a Business Controller Sales at CALIDA, you will support management with sound analyses and valuable insights. This way, you will make a significant contribution to the successful management and strategic development of our company.

Your area of action:

• Advise and support management, sales management, and departments as a competent business partner on business issues.
• Create decision bases as well as cost-effectiveness, profitability, and business case analyses.
• Analyze revenue, margin, and result developments and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Conduct target-actual and prior-year comparisons and assess relevant performance metrics.
• Collaborate in budget, forecast, and medium-term planning and validate planning data.
• Continuously develop management reporting and business analyses.
• Optimize reporting, controlling, and planning processes and actively shape the reporting landscape in Business Intelligence.
• Work on cross-functional projects and contribute to high data quality and transparency of financial information.

What is important to us:

• You have a completed business degree (university, university of applied sciences or comparable).
• You have several years of experience in business controlling, ideally in a sales environment.
• You have solid knowledge in reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analyses.
• You are proficient with Excel; SAP knowledge and experience with Cognos Analytics or comparable BI tools are an advantage.
• You think analytically and networked and have a profound understanding of business contexts.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You impress with your consulting skills and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
• You take responsibility, act proactively, and strive to achieve sustainable results together.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
