What you will achieve

In close coordination with customer advisors, conduct initial meetings with entrepreneurs regarding succession solutions both within and outside the family and demonstrate how they can best prepare for the succession of their business. Create succession concepts independently and accompany entrepreneurs in implementation. In customer dialogue, convince with your expertise in the taxation of natural and legal persons and position yourself as a long-term partner in tax matters. Provide case-specific tax assessments on transactions, structures, and life circumstances and implement optimizations in collaboration with external advisors. Work closely with internal specialists from finance planning, financing, and inheritance law.

What you bring

• A master's degree in law, business administration, or a comparable further education.
• Completed further training in tax law as a certified tax expert or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of corporate succession, taxes, fiduciary services, and/or law.
• Enthusiasm for the corporate landscape in Eastern Switzerland as well as for contact with entrepreneurs.
• Characterized by holistic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a strong strategic and conceptual understanding.
