Senior Consultant Finance and Accounting (80-100%)

Renold & Partner is a specialized consulting boutique for energy supply companies in Switzerland. We combine deep expertise in finance and accounting with solid industry knowledge and regulatory understanding.
As a small company with established mandates, we are at the beginning of our growth.

Your Role

• Support and gradually take over management of mandates
• Assist in annual financial statements of energy supply companies
• Design and further develop cost accounting systems
• Support our clients in tariff setting (electricity prices)
• Analyze and optimize financial processes
• Involvement in the introduction and optimization of Abacus

You will closely work with the management and directly with our clients, taking on increasing responsibility in projects.

Your Profile

• Education in finance and accounting (e.g. diploma, university, audit)
• Several years of practical experience in accounting or auditing
• Excellent knowledge in preparing annual financial statements
• Experience in cost accounting and financial processes
• Enjoy working with Excel and an interest in data-driven solutions

Preferable:

• Experience with Abacus
• Knowledge of the energy industry or regulatory topics
• Experience in project work or consulting
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Power Query, Pivot, VBA)
