How you can make an impact

• Acting as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Directly leading a variety of client projects, such as M&A transactions, audits for pension funds or valuations.
• Managing the lifecycle of projects from proposals, contracting, delivery to invoicing.
• Business development: identification of business ideas and opportunities, generation of new business with internal and external clients.
• Participating and leading thought leadership.
• All aspects of the employee lifecycle from finding, acquiring and training new talent to performance reviews and promotions.

Who we are looking for

• You have a University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or similar quantitative field.
• You are qualified actuary “Actuary SAA” or equivalent.
• You have experience in an actuarial position either in the Insurance industry or in Consulting.
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills with a real willingness to learn and make a difference, and you enjoy working with different people from different fields.
• You communicate confidently in German and in English with different levels of stakeholders.
• You demonstrate proven business development experience.
