For our client, an established Swiss service company, we are looking for a Financial and Accounting Specialist with a workload of 60–80% immediately or by agreement. You will be responsible for the financial and accounting processes of several companies and work closely with management and internal and external contacts. Your tasks at the new employer:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Monitoring open receivables and dunning and enforcement processes
• Ensuring payment processing and liquidity planning and monitoring
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the fiduciary company
• Creating reports and analyses and participating in budgeting and process optimizations.

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal certificate
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an SME
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and affinity for ERP systems, ideally Abacus
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented personality with high levels of personal responsibility and discretion.
