Job Description

As Deputy Head, you are an important support in the finance team. Your main tasks include:

• Independent management of financial accounting
• Support the Head of Finance with closing activities
• VAT / withholding tax billing
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and payable
• Participation in reporting (closing, budgeting, financial planning) and projects (SAP Key User)
• Responding to customer inquiries in German and French
• General administrative tasks

Your Profile:

• Commercial basic training supplemented with further training in accounting (e.g., accounting clerk, financial and accounting specialist or similar)
• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• High IT affinity and preferably knowledge of SAP
• Enjoyment of digitalization projects
• German, English, and French spoken and written
• Team-oriented, loyal, and responsible personality
• Quick comprehension and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, precise, efficient, and solution-oriented working style
