• Actively contribute to building the tax consulting sector at the Bern location and shape the sustainable success of Balmer-Etienne in the region.
• With entrepreneurial spirit and networking talent, you will unlock new business opportunities, strategically connect, and continuously expand our network in the Bern region.
• Engage in team building, lead it with expertise, trust, and enthusiasm, and foster a culture of collaborative impact.
• Advise businesses and individuals on complex national and international tax issues—solution-oriented, proactive, and on an equal footing.

Your Profile #BEenthusiast

• You hold a university degree and have furthered your education to become a certified tax expert.
• You have many years of professional experience (at least 10 to 15 years) in national and international tax law for natural and legal persons.
• You already have leadership experience and enjoy further developing others.
• You are well-rooted and networked in the Bern region, integrating this strength into your work actively.
• You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
• You are open, empathetic, and communicative, enjoying working on an equal footing with clients and colleagues.
• You possess very good IT skills (MS Office, Dr. Tax, TaxWare) and have proficient German and negotiable English skills—Swiss German knowledge is an advantage.
