Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the development of the trust department at the Embrach location.
• You advise clients comprehensively and independently on all trust matters.
• You actively participate in market development and are responsible for acquisition activities.
• You lead and develop the 3-4 team members.

Requirements

• You have a professional qualification as a federal diploma trust expert or an equivalent qualification.
• You have enriched these professional skills with several years of professional and leadership experience.
• You are familiar with Abacus and all MS Office applications.
• You possess strong organizational skills and a precise, reliable working style.
• Communication skills, team spirit, and empathy characterize you.
• You motivate those around you with your appealing demeanor and create a positive atmosphere.
• You demonstrate flexibility and resilience on a daily basis.
