Join our team as the Legal & Compliance Responsible.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advise the board on legal matters.
  • Coordinate the internal audit mandate.
  • Support the board secretariat and act as deputy.
  • Train staff on compliance and legal topics.
  • Analyze and assess compliance risks in operations.
  • Build and continuously develop the compliance management system.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed law degree and attorney license or equivalent.
  • Relevant training in Compliance Management or Public Governance.
  • Several years of professional experience in compliance or legal consultancy in the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the public sector.
  • Ability to work precisely and efficiently and to articulate complex legal issues clearly.
  • Team-oriented, independent, resilient personality who takes responsibility and enjoys making decisions.
