Financial Specialist (30 - 40%)

Responsibilities

  • Leadership in financial and payroll accounting
  • Responsible for accounts receivable and payable
  • Billing of parent contributions and subsidies
  • Personnel administration
  • Interface with the fiduciary office, the audit firm, and the team
  • Prepare and update statistics
  • Budgets and budget control in collaboration with management and the board
  • Develop decision-making bases for the organization

Profile

  • Commercial basic education with further education in finance/accounting (e.g., certificate in finance and accounting)
  • Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in the non-profit or social sector
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and the accounting system Abacus
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working method
  • Solutions-oriented thinking
  • Enjoyment of numbers, high accuracy, and sense of responsibility
  • Affinity for social issues and interest in family support childcare
