Financial Specialist (30 - 40%)
Responsibilities
- Leadership in financial and payroll accounting
- Responsible for accounts receivable and payable
- Billing of parent contributions and subsidies
- Personnel administration
- Interface with the fiduciary office, the audit firm, and the team
- Prepare and update statistics
- Budgets and budget control in collaboration with management and the board
- Develop decision-making bases for the organization
Profile
- Commercial basic education with further education in finance/accounting (e.g., certificate in finance and accounting)
- Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in the non-profit or social sector
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and the accounting system Abacus
- Structured, independent, and reliable working method
- Solutions-oriented thinking
- Enjoyment of numbers, high accuracy, and sense of responsibility
- Affinity for social issues and interest in family support childcare
